MPA 201 Microphone

The MPA 201 microphone is a primary transducer that allows you to convert sound pressure into an electrical signal and serves as the primary transducer in the chain of the recording path. The MPA 201 microphone is the best solution for use in Class 1 sound level meters of IEC61672 Standard, as well as in other equipment for measuring the noise level of Class 1 accuracy and above. The case and diaphragm of the microphone are made of the same nickel alloy, which provides the minimum temperature coefficient. In the course of production control in the manufacture of MPA 201 microphones, only 40% of the error of the frequency response allowed by the IEC61672 standard for microphones of Class 1 accuracy is allowed.

BC 501 Microphone

The ZET 501 / BC 501 microphone is a primary transducer that allows you to convert sound pressure into an electrical signal and serves as the primary transducer in the recording path chain. The microphone is a relative (differential) pressure sensor in gases.

Any microphone consists of two systems:

  1. acoustic-mechanical,
  2. mechanoelectrical.

The properties of the acoustic-mechanical system strongly depend on whether sound pressure acts on one side of the diaphragm (pressure microphone) or on both sides, and in the second case, whether this effect is symmetrical (pressure gradient microphone) or on one side of the diaphragm fluctuations that directly excite it, and on the second – those that have passed through any mechanical or acoustic impedance or time delay system (asymmetric pressure gradient microphone).

A large influence on the characteristics of the microphone has its mechano-electric part.
